St. Mary’s C of E Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All staff are expected to share this commitment. There will be a need for the successful applicant for a job to complete an enhanced DBS check. We will also need to obtain references in advance of any candidate short-listed for interview.
Our lovely Nursery teacher has decided to move to pastures new and we are now looking for a teacher who is equally passionate about the Early Years to join our amazing team. This is a part-time role working mornings only in our Nursery five mornings a week. We would also like the successful candidate to cover PPA on an afternoon of their choosing but, for the right person, this is negotiable. The successful candidate will join an experienced and dedicated EYFS staff and will be supported with high quality CPD, both internally and externally. The position is to start in January and is a permanent post.
We can offer you: friendly and enthusiastic children; supportive parents and carers; a well-established Forest School; proactive governors and a warm and welcoming staff team. St Mary’s is a school at the heart of its local community where we live out our vision of ‘Excellence Together, Learning Through Faith’.
Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do and the successful candidate would not be able to start in post without satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS disclosure.
We would welcome the opportunity to show you around our lovely school and answer any questions you may have. Please contact Jane Blackmore in the school office on 01442 388040 to arrange a visit.
Closing date: Thursday 5th November
